CEO Tamra Ryan will explain how the Women’s Bean Project provides a safe working environment for impoverished women with the odds stacked against them (convicted felons, recovering addicts, victims of domestic violence, teenage mothers) to learn the skills needed for employment and the chance to create a new life.
